In his message delivered by De Luna, Fernando emphasizes that Bulacan once again brings life to a tradition that originated in the town of Bulakan, proof that Bulacan’s culture and faith are deeply intertwined, and that the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary remains alive in the heart of every Bulakenyo.
The “Bulaklakan: Harana at Bulaklak Para Kay Maria” stands as a meaningful testament to the enduring devotion of the Bulakenyo people through music, prayer, and cultural expression, the event not only honored the Blessed Virgin Mary but also strengthened the unity of the community in faith.
